Local Fitness Center seeking Sales Manager. The role of sales manager involves (but is not limited to) the following duties:
To meet monthly and daily membership sales targets for new members and to achieve monthly and daily membership revenue targets
Lead generation. Generating internal as well as external leads for sales of new memberships. Examples of internal lead generation: Referral cards, referral nights, business card prize draws. Examples of external lead generation: Posters in local businesses and shop windows, lead boxes, door to door leaflet drops etc
Meet daily and monthly Minimum Performance Criterias (MPCs) as set out by Manangement. MPCs are calculated according to the budgeted sales targets and involve meeting minimum contacts, appointments, presentations and sales. Memberships can only be sold at a pricing approved by Management, any memberships sold under this price will not be commissionable.
Produce monthly sales and marketing plans for the month ahead. These should detail all planned sales activity with expected sales outcome for each activity. The SM is also expected to promote via social media outlets and through the internet and will agree to undertake training in this area if needed
Produce a monthly sales Key Performance
Must be able to perform administrative duties, work well others; Front Desk Staff, Trainers and Management
