Summary:

Ensures that the branch operational activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Essential Funtions:

• Manages the branch activities to ensure client needs are met and policies and procedures are followed.
• Ensures that appropriate levels of cash are available and assists with complex transactions or problems.
• Knows all features and benefits of bank's products, programs and services in order to introduce them to prospective clients.
• Provides training in branch activities and bank policies; conducts regular staff meetings.
• Customer contact to maintain and enhance current relationships.
• Maintains prescribed security controls to protect against criminal or fraudulent activity and unnecessary risk or exposure.

Additional Responsibilities:

• May perform in various capactities, such as new accounts representative, teller, or safe deposit attendant as appropriate.
• Assists VP-Operations with compliance activities.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
