St. Croix USVI  Position - Senior Financial Accountant will have primary responsibility for the accounting and reporting for one or more fund structures and provide assistance in the support of various other funds, new initiatives and ad hoc requests. In addition, the Accountant will perform tasks in all areas of the company's accounting functions, including but not limited to:

• Maintain the general ledger, working with the operations group for automated entries as well as posting manual entries.
• Prepare timely, monthly financial statements inclusive of detailed analysis and supporting schedules.
• Reconcile underlying investment system reports to monthly financial statements.
• Provide timely, accurate and meaningful fund and general business reporting and analysis to the firm's leadership.
• Assist in training and development of the Fund Accounting Team
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and year end analysis in accordance with management guidelines.
• Help the Fund Accounting team drive operational efficiencies and strong controllership throughout all processes.
• Other  duties as assigned
