Job Description:

  • Provide Help Desk support for Business & Residential customers.
  • Responsible for processing customers into our billing system and setting up accounts
  • Process all changes to customer accounts, post payments
  • Handle any administrative duties as required
  • Post messages to VI Powernet homepage
  • Inventory maintenance and procurement of Modems, etc.
  • Enter service orders
  • Manage incoming mail and emails
  • Participate in promotional events sponsored by Innovative as required

Skills Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends
  • Minimum 1 year experience in computer based technology (hardware & software)
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
