Main responsibilities include managing the process of implementing changes to the production systems in a structured, documented, SOX compliant manner. This person also is responsible for quality automation of the CommSoft product. The person in this role is expected to coordinate and assist with prioritization processes for maintenance activities, as well as sometimes support activities for IS resources in a team environment. On a daily basis, the position is responsible for the maintenance and compliance of the change control process and quality for numerous applications. Position includes business analyst work in development of requirements and business process flows for projects when there is more of a cross department involvement. Position is called upon to complete project management on medium size projects either from beginning to end or in the development of project plans. Position also identifies quality automation   for CommSoft and other key systems.    Supervisory role as needed.
