Job Description:
Virgin Islands Behavioral Services (VIBS), a 30-bed behavioral health facility, with out-patient programs and an educational component, has been providing quality health care to the residents of the Virgin Islands since 1995. Virgin Islands Behavioral Services currently has a Mental Health Supervisor position available on St. Croix. The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:
Effectively assigns work and evaluates performance of employees.
Monitors and approves time records for designated employees.
Assists in the planning and implementation of the daily schedule and behavioral program, which lead to emotional, intellectual, and social development of residents.

A short term residential evaluation unit designed to respond to youths between the ages of five and seventeen years who are experiencing emotional and/or behavioral difficulties.
Currently running several programs that provide respite care for children in foster care who are in crisis.
