The individual  in this role is responsible for supervisng and coordinating all patient care activities on a daily basis  assuming responsibility for safe and effective delivery of patient care and may serve as the alternate Clinical Care Coordinator. The Head Nurse Manager provides clinical oversight and leadership to licensed and unlicensed assitive personnel by providing direction, delegating appropiate tasks and monitoring compliance to Hospital policies and procedures that is consistent with the State, Federal and Hospital guidelines. This individual also supports, understand and implements the philosophy, mission and policies of the Hemodialysis Department.
