Virgin Islands Behavioral Services (VIBS), a 30-bed behavioral health facility, with three out-patient programs and an educational component, has been providing quality health care to the residents of the Virgin Islands since 1995. Virgin Islands Behavioral Services currently has a  Mental Health Supervisor (Per Diem) position available. The candidate selected will be responsible for the following: 1. Effectively assigns work and evaluates performance of employees. 2. Monitors and approves time records for designated employees. 3. Assists in the planning and implementation of the daily schedule and behavioral program, which lead to emotional, intellectual, and social development of residents.

Job Requirements:

The following are the job requirements for the Mental Health Supervisor position: 1. At least two years of experience working with children and/or adolescents. 2. At least one year experience supervising employees. 3. Capability to maintain effective relationships in a team-oriented environment. 4. Ability to enforce administration policies and rules governing residents required.
