1)you are require to clean your area every day before you start service and assist in all forms of
preparation of the Restaurant.
2)you are expect to present each guest with there check once they have been served.
3)Your area should be left cleaned at all times and securely lock at the end of each shift. (All checks and moneys returns to front desk before leaving).
4) You must have basic knowledge of bar, ie; be able to make our popular island drinks along with the basic international drinks.
Skills Required
You are required to be on time and properly dress in full uniform at all times.You must be willing to work with others and have a genuine love for customer service. You must be able to lift a least 30 pounds, be comfortable carrying trays and is very good at upselling.
