Job Description:

  • Deliver all amenities to guest room prior to arrival
  • Meet and greet all guests as they arrrive on the resort
  • Guide all guests to the check-in counter
  • Escort all guests along with their baggage to the assigned hotel room
  • Familiarize guest with their room at the Resort
  • Communicate all maintenance requests to Front Desk
  • Check special requests and make sure they are ready prior to guest arrival
  • Maintain neat and clean lobby area

Skills Required

  • Must be able to read and write
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Customer service experience preferred
