Skills Required
Minimum 2 years experience in retail management
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Must be reliable and have high personal integrity
Flexible work schedule and assignment location
Ideal candidates will have demonstrated ability to multitask as the business demands, including motivating and training the sales team, managing the store operations and providing superior service to our customers.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in some markets.
