Job Description:

In charge of the recruitment of the USVI market for all restaurant positions

Responsible of Offering New Hire Orientations

Conduct restaurant audits to ensure compliance with laws and company employee practice

Anticipate, identify and assists in the investigation and management of Third Party intervention, health and safety issues.

Willing to travel to Puerto Rico for Training.

Skills Required

Bachelors in Business and/or Human Resources

Minimum 2 years of experience

Excellent communication skills at all levels

Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time and meet deadlines

Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
