To maintain and upkeep diesel engines. Eligible candidate must have related certification, knowledge of safety procedures and experience working in a power plant. Will be responsible for repairing, maintaining and rebuilding diesel engines. Will also be required to run diagnostic tests, problem-solve, remove and replace faulty parts, check water-cooling systems, check air and oil filters and rebuild engines after appropriate intervals, usually after 1,000 miles.
