Job Description:

Support attorneys in a legal setting.
Prepare correspondence and legal documents under the supervision of an attorney or a paralegal.
prepare documents for submission to the courts.
Manage calendaring for multiple attorneys
Perform transcription
Schedule meetings .
Manage travel and schedule.
Handle information requests.
Prepare correspondence
Manage spreadsheets.
Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
Maintain office procedures.
Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepare, compile and maintain travel vouchers and records.
Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.
Receive and relay telephone messages.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Knowledge of local court rules.

Skills Required

Proficient user of Microsoft Word and Outlook 2010

Proficient user of Adobe Acrobat Professional

Excellent Communication Skills
