AN OPPORTUNITY IN AMERICA’S PARADISESchneider Regional Medical Center, a 169-bed acute care facility in St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands is seeking a Vice President of Nursing and Patient Care ServicesThe Vice President of Nursing and Patient Care Services is responsible for providing leadership to Nursing, Case Management and the Social Services Departments in the delivery of consistent quality patient care.This position oversees the development and implementation of philosophies and objectives which are in keeping with the overall mission, objectives and regulatory standards.The incumbent will be a member of the senior leadership team, and will be instrumental in maintaining clinical excellence, assuring customer satisfaction to patients, physicians and employees, improving operations in a cost effective manner, and developing new community outreach initiatives.
Skills Required
