The Vice President of Human Resources at Schneider Regional Medical Center (SRMC) is responsible for the development, implementation, communication and administration of all human resources strategies, functions and projects, while meeting all regulatory and legal requirements.The Vice President of Human Resources will oversee the following:·recruitment and selection plan·training and organizational development·compensation programs·benefits programs·negotiation of union contracts·Serve in labor relation matters·establish and enforce polices and procedures·evaluate organizational culture
·provide recommendations on changes to accomplish organizational goals and objectives
Skills Required
QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Service Administration or a related field.
A minimum of 10 – 15 years of progressive management experience in Human Resources.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred
Highly effective communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and concepts
High level of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle and manage confidential information
Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships at all levels with confidence
