Job Description:
The Accountant / Bookkeeper position is responsible for the coordinating and execution of the following tasks: - Payroll and deductions / Contributions - Filing of local and Federal Taxes and Reports - Perform Treasury Management tasks regarding the supervision of Bank Account balances and the Bank transfers processing. - Ensure that the Daily match between the information in both Quickbooks and TMO be performed. - Responsible to make sure all incoming and outgoing payables are tracked and stamped with Received and Paid dates. - Make sure that the Funding be processed following the Investors / Owners Instructions, and that the information regarding these funding be properly filed in the Accounting Server and the physical files - Supervise that the check requests received by the division be processed in a timely and efficient way. * Other tasks and duties to be discussed Great Benefits.
