Job Description:

Manage all aspect of guest needs as they relate to pasteires, baked goods, recipe, plating guidelines and sanitation standards. Prepare pastries and baked goods for customers using a qualify predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.

Skills Required

High school experience required. Candidate must have the minumum of three to five years of previous experience working in a pastry shop of hotel pastry department. Candidate can be at a certified baker level.
