Job Description:
Cane Bay Partners VI, LLC is a newly formed Consutling Company located in Christiansted, VI. We are currently seeking 1 full-time Operations Analyst I.
Position summary:Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operational challenges and recommends solutions to problems/challenges.Follows established modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities to determine problem areas and develop solutions. Essential Functions:
Supports the analytical and reporting call center and collections operations.
Prepare daily metrics and key performance reports for employee base while maintaining monthly and quarterly trends.
Prepares weekly, monthly reports for Management.
Tracks monthly incentive plans for site managers and collectors based on production/performance.
Tracks dialer results for various teams within the organization
Perform in-depth analysis needed to support special projects or operational data requests as the business dictates.
Create ad-hoc reports and conducts analysis as requested.
Participate in the development and implementation of new reports/analysis based on business needs.
Responsible for analysis of call center operations, make recommendations for improvement through the use of data analysis and performance trending.
Any other assignments as requested by Management.
