Virgin Islands Montessori School & International Academy-located on the beautiful island of St. Thomas. Our preference is to hire a long-term Chemistry Teacher for grades 11 & 12. VIMSIA is proud to be the first International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program (IB MYP) Candidate School in the Virgin Islands (Grades 7 to 10). We are certified to offer the IB Diploma program (Grades 11 and 12). Your teaching curriculum will be based around the IB DP.
Skills Required
Candidates should be able to teach a broad range of subjects and grade levels. This position requires the candidate to be flexible and multifaceted. At least 1 year of teaching experience is preferred. An excellent track record of delivering quality learning is required. Previous IB experience is desirable but training will be provided to those who do not yet have IB experience.
