As we continue to grow, so do our staffing needs.  ThruChannel is seeking an Client Development Representative.  This ENTRY LEVEL position is responsible for expanding our business and generating revenue with new customers by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

-          Develops and implements strategic client plans to achieve company goals.

-          Creates and manages a client forecast.

-          Provides feedback to thruchannel management on client needs, market requirements and current market pricing.

-          Represents company at trade association meeting to promote products.

-          Manages the day-to-day relationships with potential new clients including sales presentations, meetings/calls, clients needs and communications, including all documentation.

-          Facilitates the introduction and ongoing relationship between thruchannel management and the client.

-          Enters, places and fulfills orders.

-          Coordinates invoices, contracts, insertion orders and all other documents required.

-          Provides superior customer service to clients.

-          Other duties that are within education and experience or the incumbent may be assigned for the betterment of the company.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

-          Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.

-          Strong client relationships skills including negotiations.

-          Some travel is required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Individual must possess a Bachelors degree in related field and possess 1-2 years experience in sales, preferably via phone.
