Job Description:
Seeking candidate with Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field for IT Specialist position to be responsible for network support for the VI office, and to provide day-to-day IT related services for the VI office staff. Responsibilities include troubleshooting computer and network related problems; coordinate office computer needs - ordering, inventory, billing; manage day-to-day use and maintenance of Fintrac's application portfolio; manage, monitor, and maintain phone and audio-visual system, accounting server, and image gallery software. Qualified candidates will be familiar with network and troubleshooting (LAN, Windows O/S, printer set-up and maintenance, etc.); knowledgeable and experience with Microsoft SQL server, SQL database replication, HTML, VB.NET, C#, JQuery and AJAX; and a good understanding of IT best practices and principles needed to solve computer and software problems.
