Job Description:

Computer User Support Specialists - Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Provides a variety of IT support and technical assistance, services back-up to senior technicians, follow-up with users for feedback on ticket resolution, etc. Provides support to users by troubleshooting equipment problems and responds to help desk inquiries, among other duties.

	Skills Required
	A high school diploma or equivalent minimum is required. Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other IT equipment. Knowledge and experience with customer service practices. Two years experience providing administrative support is required with experience in computer support.
