Job Description:
The Web Designer collaborates closely with marketing, creative and development teams to create compelling websites and supporting collateral that drives conversion and user engagement. The successful candidate takes full ownership of design, overseeing every facet of the development process, from initial concepts to successful website launches.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audiences, and business goals to translate them into visually appealing and user-centric web designs.
Design and develop responsive and aesthetically pleasing websites that adhere to best practices in user experience, branding, and design consistency.
Utilize expertise in content management systems such as Webflow, WordPress, and others to translate visual designs to build and maintain websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, functional, and aligned with client objectives.
Design visually engaging landing pages, digital ads, email templates, and other marketing campaign collateral to support marketing and company initiatives.
Conduct regular design reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.
Stay updated on design trends, web development technologies, and emerging digital design best practices to consistently deliver innovative and effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, concept, and execute design solutions that address complex business challenges.
Maintain a keen eye for detail, consistency, and brand identity across all design projects.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Assist in designing supportive collateral materials, graphics, icons, and other visual elements that will support our overall marketing campaign objectives.
Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns.

Skills Required
Associate's degree in graphic/web design or related field or 2 years of equivalent business related work experience in the area of web design
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Excellent knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques, a strong online portfolio displaying user-centered design
Knowledge of layout principles and design concepts
Knowledge of web design principles such as layout, color theory, typography, and user experience.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
Familiarity with content management systems such as Webflow or Wordpress
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and their impact on design and user experience is a plus.
