o2+ years of experience in reception/front desk and office management, administrative/clerical support, and property/facilities services coordination.
oDemonstrated organizational skills and the ability to plan and prioritize.
oExcellent communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross-functional, multi-cultural, multi-geographical environment.
oDependable, detail-oriented, and thorough in completing tasks; capable of working on multiple activities simultaneously and independently; and to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
oProficiency in the MS Office Suite applications, including Excel.
