Summary. Provide administrative assistance and support to Accounting, Deposit Operations, and Senior Management. Relieve professionals (colleagues) of many administrative tasks and actively support the achievement of their job responsibility. Should have a high stress tolerance, be self-regulating, possess both reliability and consistency, be able to learn and problem solve well, and have practically perfect organizational skills. Essential Functions. Answer switchboard and transfer to appropriate staff member Attend various board and committee meetings and prepare minutes. Create and modify documents (primarily policies and procedures) using the Microsoft Office suite. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing. Make updates to the bank’s website as directed. Organize and manage the entity’s electronic and hard copy records. Setup and coordinate meetings and training sessions. Assist with preparation and distribution of packages for meetings. Sort, screen, review and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Support staff in assigned project based work. Assist with the ordering of forms/equipment for branches Liaise with tenants and professionals with regard to building maintenance issues. |
