Job Description:

Under the direction of the Director’s Loan Committee and Chief Lending Officer, provides information to customers regarding Bank loan products and policies; reviews and processes loan applications; , disburses loans, and manages ongoing relationships.

Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial and real estate loans that are high credit quality.

Thoroughly underwrite and evaluate loan applications in accordance with bank policy and federal regulations, and make recommendations to the Loan Committee on terms and pricing.

Serve the credit needs of the business community

Correspond cordially and effectively with clients for the duration of the relationship.

Contact clients to inform and explain the approval or denial of a loan request.

Cross selling of bank deposit and fee income generating products and services

Credit administration and collection responsibilities for assigned customer relationships

Accepting other duties and responsibilities in support of the business objectives of the bank

Skills Required

Proficiency in Word Processing, Microsoft Excel, and financial analysis software
Knowledge of Bank loan policies and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
