Summary:

The position provides operational support to functions before during and after an event is completed. Event work directly and indirectly with the other departments, managers, stores, and tenants of Yacht Haven Grande and are the point of contact when an event takes place.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): 

• Assist with set up including lighting, tables, chairs, screens, lighting, trash containers, equipment.
• Assist with breakdown ito include disassembly of tables, chairs, screens, bars, trash containers, equipment
• Storage of all equipment with an inventory list
• Assist with Welcome Center/Marina/Housekeeping and Minor Maintenance duties when needed
• Uses the appropriate cleaning methods, equipment and products
• Maintains the cleanliness and presentation of venue during the event
• Maintains the cleanliness and working order of all equipment
• Keeps all storage areas clean and orderly at all times
• Report major cleaning and repair needs as needed
• Maintains the cleanliness and presentation of bathrooms when needed
• Maintains the cleanliness and working order of all equipment
• Is familiar with the property’s lay-out
