·Develops preventive maintenance program in conjunction with maintenance staff. ·Plans, develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials. ·Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations. ·Reviews job orders to determine work priorities. ·Confers with workers to resolve grievances. ·Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
