Network Administrator
Computer Literacy: Comfortable installing and configuring applications and drivers, and using control panel, in MS Windows XP. 9-1-1: Basic understanding of 9-1-1 communications, PBX and Telephony, experience installing voice and data lines and trunks, working knowledge installing and configuring a Avaya PBX. Networking : Basic knowledge of internet and LAN technology (subnets, routers, firewalls ) Some experience with network diagnostic tools such as Wireshark (formerly Ethereal). Security: Basic knowledge of internet threats and defenses.
