Job Description:

· Monitor and update various databases to ensure accuracy of data;

· Assist in planning and implementing activities, programs and events, and managing all aspects of the System’s Mascot;

· Prepare and file various correspondence and handle confidential information;

· Monitor contracts and agreements for Underwriters;

· Schedule, arrange, and participate in various meetings and prepare minutes as necessary;

· Handle the transmittal and monitoring of payments and donations;

· Prepare financial reports and maintain inventory; and

Skills Required

· High School Diploma or equivalent;

· 2-3 years of administrative experience;

· Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines;

· Ability to communicate effectively;

· Ability to work nights and weekends;

· Ability to travel overnight as needed;

· Good organizational skills;

· Ability to multi task;

· Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office; and

· Ability to learn Photoshop and In Design.
