Job Description:

Responsibilities




  • Be the  Brand Ambassador.

  • Know the products and train vendors.

  • Recommend products  to shoppers to increase sales.

  • Maintain a good relationship with vendors and store manager.

  • Maintain the SKUs display.

  • Ensure floor share minimum established as target.

  • Keep the products displayed clean and undamaged.

  • Monitor inventory and maintain contact with trade team to ensure inventory available instore.

  • Produce monthly report on prices and competitor activities.

  • Understand the dynamics of the store and consumer profile to give input to  improve the local sales 

Skills Required

Education: A Diploma or Certificate is required preferably in Marketing or Business Administration


 


Professional Experience: 2 or more years of progressive proven experience in the field of sales.


 


 



Requirements & Skills



 


·         Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communications skills.


·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, preferably in Excel and PowerPoint.


·         People management experience is a plus.


·         Passionate, motivated, and creative attitude
