Basic computer skills... you'll be using our electronic parts catalog system and other great systems to get the job done. Enough physical strength to climb a ladder, lift a box, etc. Ambition... we are a growing company and there will be lots of opportunities for advancement.

Skills Required
Communicate verbally in person and on the phone with each customer in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
Expedites sales transactions and identifies any other needs prior to the customer leaving the store.
Performs general maintenance in the store, including dusting product and shelves, picking up trash, cleaning windows and sweeping floors.
Places warehouse orders for customers and notifies costumer when the item(s) arrives.
Stand for long periods of time and move merchandise up to 60 pounds within the store and delivery vehicles.
Accepts payment from customers for merchandise using the Point of Sale register, ensures proper cash handling procedures are being followed.
Suggests related items and/or "items of the month" to customers. Assists our customers in part referencing by using our electronic parts catalog system or manual parts catalog.
May be required to assist in the unloading or loading of freight trucks while practicing proper safety precautions.
This would include the proper use of safety knives, back belts, and other related equipment.
Understands and complies with all work and safety rules, including lifting and safety equipment procedures.
Reports all infractions or potential safety hazards to management.
Maintains store security by observing the actions of all individuals within the store and reporting of any suspicious behavior to management.
Due to staffing requirements, may occasionally be required to travel and work in another store location.
Available to work flexible schedules that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
May be required to operate a motor vehicle outside of the store for commercial business deliveries.
