Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

Act as an ambassador for Cruzan Rum and St. Croix by meeting and greeting guests/tourists/visitors to the Distillery.

Conduct walking tours of the distillery in a pleasant, jovial manner while providing information and answering questions about the Distillery and the Virgin Islands.

Serve drinks to guests while adhering to the drink program limitations and policies.

Offer friendly and polite conversation to guests regarding the Distillery, our products, and St. Croix.

Perform janitorial work, restock and replenish inventory, and lift/move boxes up to 35 pounds.

Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required

Minimum requirements:

High School Diploma.

Public speaking skills.

Excellent Customer Service skills; ability to speak and communicate clearly in a cheery demeanor.

Willingness to work flexible scheduled hours, including weekend shifts.

Willingness to work various tasks including gift store, tours, bartending, and janitorial duties.

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Ability to work in various weather conditions and under pressure.

Must have a valid Health Card from the VI Department of Health.
