Skills Required

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, collaborative, creative speech-language pathologists to join our dedicated therapy team in our St. Croix and St. Thomas clinics. Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply. 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Evaluation and treatment for children from birth to 21 with a wide range of special needs including but not limited to: autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, neurological disorders, Down Syndrome, visual motor difficulties, learning disabilities, language processing disorders, and physical impairments. Providing services in clinic and community settings.

Enthusiastic collaboration with families, JST inter-disciplinary team, school staff, and other service providers. Educating families and the community on ways they can help support children to reach their potential.

Effective communication for optimizing the therapy experience for clients and our team. Timely and efficient documentation of interventions provided and recommendations for families.

Active contributions to improving clinic programs, community outreach, and professional development.
