Job Description:

Meet and greet clients.

Open and process new accounts, including DDA, savings, certificates of deposit, and safe deposit boxes.

Sellsand/or refers bank’s products and services to clients and prospects.

Research and answer customer inquiries; quote products and rates.

Research and verify account information, and resolve problems for clients as necessary.

Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers

Operate a teller window.

Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Required

Position demands a person with an outgoing, sales-oriented personality.

Two years banking experience, preferably as a CSR.

Interpersonal skills to represent the Bank in a positive way in dealing with customers and other employees.

An above average record as a teller, a general knowledge of branch operations, and some experience in each of the jobs for which he/she is responsible, is also required.

Basic PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requires one (1) month training to learn all aspects of the position.
