Assistant to the Server.  Clear and reset tables. Keep dining room neat and tidy by sweeping floor near tables, wipe chairs for crumbs when needed. Assemble linens for the dining room. Take soiled linens to laundry. Transport dirty dishes to the dishwasher. Help with filling water glasses. Other duties as directed by supervisor.
