Qualified applicant should have previous experience in a fine dining restaurant. The server is responsible for taking orders from the customers ensuring that they are billed correctly and accepting payment. They are then responsible for serving the ordered food and beverages. Other duties also include cleaning designated areas, changing table linen, upkeeping table decorations, setting tables, stocking stations and clearing tables when customers are finished. Applicant must possess good customer relations and the ability to address customer complaints.
