The server is responsible for the customers, ensuring that they are billed correctly and accepting payment. They are then responsible for serving the ordered food and beverages. Other duties also include cleaning designated areas, changing table linen, upkeeping table decorations, setting tables, stocking stations and cleaning tables when customers are finished. The server will also prepare salads, sandwiches, cheese boards and coffee. Applicant must possess good customer relations and the ability to address customer complaints.
