We are looking for part time sales people, who help customers in our stores at the Marriott Frenchman's Reef, to find what they are looking for and try to interest them in buying the merchandise.
Our Retail Sales Associates are customer service oriented and able to function in a fast paced environment. Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers. Identifying and resolving problems.
Skills Required
1.) High School Diploma
2.) Excellent customer service skills
3.) Prior retail experience preferred
4.) Team work oriented
5.) Schedule flexibility- early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
6.) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7.) Ability to work under pressure
8.) Tact and pateint dealing with difficult customers
