Job Description:

Conduct restaurant audits to ensure compliance with laws and company employee practice
Anticipate, identifie and assists in the ivestigation and management of Third Party intervention, health and safety issues.
Labor relations experience in USVI markets is a plus
In charge of the recruitment in USVI restaurants for all restaurants positions
Willing to travel to Puerto Rico at least once a month

Skills Required

BBA Prefered in Human Resources, Labor Relations
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Experience working in a job seeker agency, at least 2 years
Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at the same time
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
