Essential Functions:

·          Analyze and synthesize data to translate results into KPIs for evaluation of the efficacy or marketing campaigns, tactical and broader strategic multi-channel digital marketing programs.

·           Provide data and analysis to suggest improvements and to help optimize process and user experience across digital channels based on data and observed trends.

·          Develop KPIs and visual dashboards, working with internal and external teams.

·          Collaborate with external agencies to translate findings to optimized campaign spending, creative, contextual, etc.

·          Develop insights to deepen engagement with key audiences and expand our audience/ reach.

·          Maintain appropriate reporting on the effectiveness of overall marketing for specific marketing channels and campaigns.

·          Ability to run SAS jobs / SQL queries (or similar open source programming languages, such as, Python) to obtain data to analyze and provide findings.

·          Performed scheduled and ad hoc reporting and analysis utilizing web analytics, business intelligence, and other similar tools for automated reporting and visualization.

·          Ability to prepare and effectively present comprehensive written and verbal reports and recommendations.

·          Research and provide financial and/or business related analyses to assess the impact of various projects and transactions.

·          Prepare forecasts and analyze trends.

·          Provide and review updated performance measurements on a daily, weekly, and monthly and provide communication updates to the management to the extent anomalies occur or results do not meet expectations. In addition, perform ad-hoc requests.

·          Perform marketing research and competitive intelligence studies as needed.

·          Provide reporting and modeling to turn information into actionable recommendations.

·          Proactively drive new reporting/analysis (measures, key success factors, and metrics) and make recommendations. Also, automate existing routine reports using BI or other applicable tools.

·          Convert business problems into analytic projects with well-defined deliverables.

·          Develop and implement process improvements.

·          Participate in the development and implementation of short-term and long-term strategies, goals and objectives to foster business growth and to increase volume while maintaining other business objectives, such as, risk levels.

·          Additional duties as assigned.

 

Required Skills and Attributes:

 

  •         ·          This position requires a strong combination of leadership, technical/analytical, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •         ·          Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing optimal and actionable business recommendations.
  •         ·          Strong gasp of digital media channels preferred.
  •         ·          Proven track record of improving strategies.
  •         ·          Ability to analyze potential opportunities and program effectiveness.
  •         ·          Strong initiative and willingness to approach work with a sense of urgency.
  •         ·          Risk management experience.
  •         ·          Detail oriented and a self-starter.
  •         ·          Ability to work in a te3am-oriented environment.
  •         ·          Can work with minimal direct supervision.
  •         ·          Proficiency in MS Office, general knowledge of Internet and online services.
  •         ·          Proven ability to meet deadlines and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  •         ·          Must be able to manage and organize multiple projects at one time.
  •         ·          Resolve complex challenges in a professional and timely manner.
  •         ·          Ability to learn and contribute quickly.
  •         ·          Strong decision making/problem solving skills.

 


Skills Required

Required Qualifications:

        ·          Bachelor’s degree preferred.

        ·          Minimum 3+ years of experience in a variety of analytical methods and statistical analysis.

        ·          Hands-on data analytics experience is essential.

        ·          Experience using SAS / SQL queries preferred.

        ·          Reporting/analyst experience with web analytics tool, preferably Domo and Google Analytics. (This is NOT a web developer position.)

        ·          Exemplary communication skills and strong business acumen to understand business strategy interact with all levels within an organization, and present actionable findings – NOT produce data.

 

Computer software/Hardware:

        ·          Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products.

        ·          SAS / SQL open source data processing tools, such as Python of other analytics software packages.

        ·          Experience with Business Intelligence software, such as, Domo, Tableau, and Cognos or similar highly preferred.

        ·          Experience with Google Analytics preferred.
