Minimum requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED

· A degree or certification in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance.

· Must have performed maintenance work in a distillery or process plant for a period of 10 years.

· 3 years manufacturing experience, strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and industrial skills; mechanic, welding, pipe fitting certification/experience.

Physical demands and work environment:

· Occasional lifting or moving heavy material and occasional exposure to excessive heat and humidity, intermittent to constant noise, vibration, dust and slippery or uneven walking surfaces.

· Ability to work long and irregular hours.

· Must have a valid driver’s license, be in good physical

condition, and knowledge of distillery operations. 

· Ability to perform minor welding work on at least carbon steel and stainless steel metallurgies.
