Job Description:
The primary responsibility for the Guest Services Coordinator is the supervision and service for the Yacht Haven Grande Welcome Center/Luggage Check. Duties and Responsibilities · Maintaining the Center’s cleanliness and order · Appropriately represent Yacht Haven Grande with a friendly, helpful and professional demeanor · Assist visitors with checking their luggage, including storing luggage & providing the visitor with a luggage claim check. · Answer visitors’ questions regarding YHG and/or St. Thomas. · Recommend YHG restaurants and shops as primary resources for Center visitors. · Marketing the services of the Welcome Center/Luggage check to hotels concierges in St. Thomas and St. John · Insuring that marketing collateral from YHG tenants and YHG are neat, orderly and in good supply · Take proactive measure to insure that marketing collateral is available for Royal Caribbean &Celebrity on-board personnel · Order additional Yacht Haven Grande promotional material when necessary · Provide event coordination support for Yacht Haven Grande events as required · Create a press list for Yacht Haven Grande Press releases · Write and distribute press releases as requested by Director of Marketing · Coordinate on-property promotion, including insuring that ads are rotated where applicable, collect information for monthly calendars, distribute memos and other items as requested by Director of Marketing and other YHG management. · Assist Director of Marketing with all aspects of YHG marketing on request. |
