Job Description:

 

This is a part-time position requiring the performance of basic office duties (approx. 30 hours/week).

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • General bookkeeping duties such as: billing, receiving payments and making deposits, payroll, paying bills, etc.

  • Answering phones

  • Receiving and directing clients

  • Sorting and filing

  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies and purchasing as needed

  • Other clerical duties as needed
