Job Description:
Possess knowledge of all timeshare services Coordinates with management, the operations of the Front Desk Promotes cooperation betweem the Front Office and all other departments Greet guests courteously and register guest into the condominum complex Possesses knowledge of reservation and billing systems Maintains and controls room inventory and availabity Possesses knowledge of the Resorts products, rates and special programs Possesses knowledge of the Resorts Credit policies Distributes guest and administrative mail and packages Possesses knowledge of, and uses, emergency procedures Conducts inventory of and restocks desk supplies Completes Check-in Packages for each guest owner Completes check-out procedures for guest owner Maintains neatness of front desk work area Answers front desk telephone and directs incoming calls Performs other related duties as assigned by the Office/Reservations Coordinator Complies with all SPM Resorts Policies and Procedures Maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times Performs other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor |
