Job Description:
Candidates must have 10+ years of management experience, preferably 5 years managing an HR function; BA in management, business administration or human resources; advanced Excel, quantitative and analytical skills; SHRM certification preferred. Successful individual will manage recruitment cycle for VI and DC home offices and projects; ensure staffing complaince (AAR, EEO, DOL and EDC reporting); develop and track global HR metrics; and manage HR team that oversees payroll, global benefits, HR and time keeping systems.
