Job Description:

Key Functions:

To act as Compliance Officer, subject to approval by the FSC, for managed trust companies hosted by TMF (B.V.I.) Ltd.; and
To assist with monitoring the legislative developments in the B.V.I. and the development, implementation, performance and review of compliance policy and procedures within the TMF Group of Companies in the British Virgin Islands (“TMF”).
Provide high level support to the objectives of the Compliance function within TMF

Skills Required

The ideal candidate must have:

University degree in a relevant discipline
ICA Diploma in Governance/Risk/Compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior approval by the BVI FSC as a Tier 1 Compliance Officer
Excellent Analytical skills – ability to understand and assimilate Legislative requirements
Minimum of five years experience in financial services compliance
