Job Description:

We are looking for a Creative Director who can help us scale the organization to new levels. This individual will have broad experience in leading brand development initiatives, including auditing, research, analysis, ideation, concept incubation, defining brand standards and best practices, as well as facilitating campaign and product rollouts.

 

Essential Functions: 

1.     Create a cohesive identify, visual direction and voice propelling the company to world class leader

2.     Oversee the creative vision and champion the vision throughout the organization

3.     Implement best practices to further scale the creative development process, including project management of all creative projects

4.     Own the brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

5.     Lead brand development initiatives, customer personas, campaign initiatives, and site design

6.     Partner closely with other Marketing team members in the development of assets including sight, sound and motion and that appear in paid, owned, and earned media

7.     Collaborate with Marketing to analyze creative performance, trends, and recommendations

8.     Manage budget, scope and resources for multiple projects and across teams

9.     Mentor junior team members

10.  Additional duties as assigned

 

 

Skills Required:

2.     Communication - effectively demonstrates appropriate communication methods; written and verbal as well as applying the appropriate communication style appropriately tailored to the audience and subject.

  2. Technical Competency – Ability to grasp research tools; skilled in numerous facets of technical resources.  

5.     Accountability - Proven track record of being a self-starter and team player.

  1. Forward Thinking - Ability to analyze potential opportunities and program effectiveness; think independently, objectively and entrepreneurially.
  2. Flexibility - Strong willingness to approach work with a sense of urgency; adapts quickly and enthusiastically supports department and/or company changes; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; manages and organizes multiple projects at one time.
  3. Initiative - Can work with minimal direct supervision; looks for and takes advantage of development opportunities; a proven self-starter; learns and contributes quickly.
  4. Teamwork & Collaboration - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  5. Planning/Organization - Analytical mind; Someone who can scope ideas and consider things like functionality/feasibility of a project all the way through and own it.
  6. Quality of Work - Detail oriented; committed to accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality.

 

 


Skills Required

Experience Required: 

 

1.     Bachelor’s degree preferred

2.     Experience working with consumer insights teams or market research firms preferred

3.     Minimum 5 years of experience or transferrable skills

  1. Exemplary communication skills and strong business acumen to understand business strategy, interact with all levels within an organization, and present actionable findings

 

Computer Software/Hardware:

 

Adobe CS, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

 

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

 

Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time, talking, hearing constantly.

Occasionally lift up to 10 lbs. on occasion

Must be able to sit in front of computer monitor (s) daily

Sitting and or standing for long periods of time.

Noise level: moderate noise level daily in an office atmosphere.
