Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to serve as a day-to-day contact for partner relationships. The role will provide support developing and qualifying customer prospects to build a pipeline of qualified leads, identifying and implementing campaigns to focus on maximizing ROI, driving additional sales volume, analyzing results, interpreting business strategies and trends and providing recommendations. This person will work directly with junior team members to mentor and other digital marketing team members. Essential Functions: · Create strategic plan and roadmap that contributes to the execution of short-term and long-term strategies, profitability goals and objectives. · Understand and articulate partner value proposition, while negotiating key initiatives. · Compile statistical and performance reports and develop trending analysis, as well as recommendations on next steps; analyzes data to optimize performance. · Identify key levers of improvement to increase traffic and conversion. · Lead weekly calls with partners to review top-line program performance, marketing strategy and brainstorm opportunities to drive mutual success. · Stay abreast of changes and trends in the marketing industry, identify best practices, and determine how to apply them to client business. · Own team projects working with other areas of the business to implement · Additional duties as assigned.
